If you take me as a person, how much of who I am is actually composed of conclusions I came to on my own? Without media-generated ideas, advertising, or values forced onto me by my friends and family, what is me? How can I know if an idea is my own or if outside forces have been leading me to come to a predetermined conclusion? Am I just agreeing with your idea, or am I actually creating my own? ...
